Itinerary
Day 01: Fly Addis Abeba to Bahir Dar
Morning Witness the dramatic power of the Blue Nile Falls, known locally as Tis Abay, a highlight of any visit to Bahir Dar, with guides praised for their knowledge and friendliness.
Afternoon Embark on a boat tour of Lake Tana, the source of the Blue Nile, for a deeper immersion into the region’s natural landscape and cultural significance.
Evening Visit the DOT Ethiopia Bahir Dar BDS Center for a deeper understanding of the local community and potential insights into the region’s tourism infrastructure.

Day 02: Fly Bahir Dar to Lalibela via Addis Abeba
This morning we can take boat trip on lake Tana to visit Ura kidnamhirt monastry church and after spending mach time we can head back to Bahir dar city and after lunch we can head to Bahir dar airport for our flight afternoon to take fly to Lalibela .

Day 03: Full Day visitng LALIBELA
Full day at Lalibela (LAL).
Embark on a guided tour of the Lalibela rock-hewn churches, exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site’s fascinating architecture.
Evening: Enjoy your dinner at your lodge / standard hotel or on sunset view of on the mountain different lodge return back to your hotel

Day 04: Departure From Lalibela To Addis Abeba
Morning: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a final glimpse of the surrounding landscape, or visit a local market before heading to the airport if we have time we can visit one more extra rock church in Outside lalibela and we can contniued Drive to Lalibela Airport take afternoon flight to Addis abeba .

Day 05: Morning: Fly from Addis Ababa to Semera.
Afternoon: we can meet your local guide and driver and begin the drive into the Danakil Depression. Your route will take you through dramatic landscapes of solidified lava, sand dunes, and scattered oases, with stops to view the traditional salt mining operations at Ragad (Asebo).
Late Afternoon: Continue to Ahmed Ella, a village where camel caravans gather to transport salt. You may also visit the shimmering salt flats of Lake Asale to watch the sunset and observe camel caravans.
Evening: Set up camp at Ahmed Ella for an overnight stay under the stars, experiencing the traditional lifestyle of the Afar people.

Day 06: Dallol & Return to Semera
Morning: After breakfast, drive to the Dallol area to explore its unique volcanic landscapes.
Dallol Exploration: Visit the colorful and otherworldly geothermal pools, salt domes, and sulfuric acid ponds that make Dallol one of the most spectacular and inhospitable places on Earth.
Afternoon:
Begin your drive back to Semera, potentially stopping at Lake Afdera if time and conditions allow.
Late Afternoon: arrive at Semera Airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa.
Day 07: Fly Addis Abeba to Jinka (BCO) Airport
Fly Addis Ababa – Jinka and Drive 128 km to Turmi (there is no flight on Tuesdays and Saturdays)
We fly to Jinka and we will meet our driver at Jinka airport and continue a 130 km (2:30 hours) drive to Turmi town via Kako, Keyafer, Aldubba, and Dimeka towns where you may see a tribal market in one of the towns on market days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). On the way, you will visit the Banna tribe village. You will also visit a small group of Mursi people near Keyafer town where you will see women with a lip plate and body scarification. You may also see the bull jumping ceremony or other ceremonies by the Banna or Hamar tribe (if available).

Day 08 : Drive from Turmi – Karo / Kara Tribe – Turmi- Dasanach Tribes
After breakfast, continue to Korcho village of the Kara (Karo) tribe driving 60km (1:20 hour) west from Turmi (120 km total including the return drive). You will meet with the Kara people in their village on the shore of the Omo River. The Kara or Karo is the least populous ethnic group, in the Omo Valley region. They are famous for elaborate facial and body paintings. You can get your face painted in Karo style.
In the late afternoon, we can visit another village called Dasanech tribes village we can un amzing experiance here with canoe local boat we can pass the omo turkana omoriver to reach the dasench tribes village after spending mach time we can drive back to Turmi .
On this if we are lucky we will visit also a local village of the Hamar tribe who are well know for performing the Bull jumping ritual. You may also attend the Hamar or Banna Bull Jumping Ceremony (if available).

Day 09 : Drive from Turmi to Jinka – Fly to Addis Ababa.
Following breakfast, (depart early if you have a morning flight) drive 130 km (2:30 hr.) from Turmi to Jinka via Keyafer. You may visit a local market of the Banna or Aari tribe on a market day. Finally, you will be transferred at Jinka Airport to fly to Addis Ababa.
